Before we can connect to a printer, we need to create a customer account.

There are three ways to install the agent - whether you are onsite or sending a link to your customer. The Printerpoint agent should be installed on a computer on your customer’s network. It does not need to be a print server, but it should have network access and be turned on most of the time. We recommend installing multiple Printerpoint agents in environments where the computers may not be on the network 100% of the time.

After you've installed an agent, hit the Scan button and Printerpoint will find all the printers on your customer's network.
